Shipping Policy
Your wine can be shipped to your home address (depending on country laws) for an additional fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once wine is redeemed your NFT is burned (removed from circulation) in order to prevent any fraudulent or false trading. This means we will be unable to return your wine for you, however, we can consign your wine to the vault again by following the same initial consigning procedure.
